We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., postal delays, customs).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of greeting cards and paper products, all sales are final.
  • Exceptions: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at hello@stripedhatstudio.com. We may request photos of the damaged product.
  • If eligible, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
