Shipping & FAQ
QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERS
All orders are processed & ship within 1-2 business days, Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Wholesale orders will ship within 1-2 weeks.
We will do our best to meet the shipping estimates, but once they leave our studio, we cannot guarantee shipping times. Estimated shipping times via USPS are as follows:
First Class Mail: 3-5 business days for domestic shipping and 1-3 weeks for international shipping.
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days (you can upgrade when checking out).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please keep in mind that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, sometimes tracking via USPS can be unreliable. Please contact USPS directly to resolve any shipping issues.
Taxes & Customs
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
We are unable to process cancellations. But please reach out to us immediately (within 1 hour of your purchase) if there is a problem: firstname.lastname@example.org
Striped Hat Studio will accept returns on unopened, unused merchandise in it's original packaging and condition for a refund (shipping costs will not be refunded) as long as you contact us (email@example.com) within 1 day of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping the item(s) back within 14 days. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
